The training of new facilitators, which started on 20 September 2022, has ended successfully. We have three new trained facilitators to help with Book Club Workshops in and around Stanford. The new facilitators will accompany the current facilitators in the months of October and November to see the practical side of the Book Club Workshops. A lot of reading was done over the last couple of weeks. The facilitators were taught how to read a story effectively out loud, what to focus on and how to create activities out of the story. We are very excited about the new step of training facilitators, and how it will help spread reading through the community.
