The Volunteers and Facilitators.
We pay freelance people for what they do, but that principle is backed by a support team of volunteers who are the treasure of any NPO. Our community facilitators are paid an hourly rate and freelancers are on the same hourly rate right across the board. The voluntary hours of everyone concerned are beyond belief.
