If ever we needed it, it’s now! But we have been forced to admit that it is not possible to achieve all we wanted to do in the circumstances of even more necessary lockdown. Playing music, showing film clips of our New York collaborating author, Kate Hosford, and enjoying the treats we have planned are simply not possible when the children have to stay apart, masked and careful.
We have arranged what we are thinking of as Happiness Project Lite! This will take place at te end of September, and will have some of the elements, and five specially written stories. Uncertainty about the school year will play a large part in what we are able to achieve – and also, of course, the way Covid-19 takes us in the next few weeks.
