CBN has been fortunate from the beginning in donors who simply wanted to help us get started and who have preferred to remain anonymous. When there has been a need for something – funding for the pilot workshop, money to cover printing costs; start-up costs for the website, funds have appeared. We are truly grateful.
Fund raising is an on-going, difficult and sometimes frustrating bi=usiness. But the results have been heart-warming. Where there has been a need, there has always been an answer. We are currently busy with funding applications that could see us past the difficult stage of changing from an unsupported volunteer organization to one with a structure that can make longer term planning possible.
